Primal Beginnings
I want to introduce a pole dancing studio for ALL women, Primal Beginnings. I met Amy, the founder, and shortly after began her level one course. I have been challenged, opened, and delighted to discover this playful dance. Amy offers a safe space to remember sensuality, open deeper to breath, slow down, and trust and accept one’s body, no matter what size.
Primal Beginnings recently hosted a recital, where each woman ‘stripped’ away their self hatred, self judgement, self neglect, to reveal their juicy, real selves. It was amazing...
She also hosts bachelorette parties and private events, which are so fun!
