We thought it would be fun to open the studio on Saturday to an event which would allow our student community to sample the different styles of yoga we offer at Belmont Yoga. "Yoga Sampler Saturday" is the result of this idea and we hope to see you this Saturday, July 11th for some fun! Please pre-register as there is limited space.

yoga sampler saturday
· 8am kundalini 8am classical hatha
· 9am athletes 9am kripalu
·10am adv. hatha 10am yin/restorative
choose 3 out of the 6 to sample
cost $15
each class will be 45min w/ 15 break
snacks included
